The months of May and June 2020 saw an increase in arrears and a relative decrease in collections to book balance. This is reflective of the impact of the COVID-19 related economic lockdown and the three-month concessions granted to borrowers between either April to June or May to July.

The excess spread including a provision for NPLs which is a trigger to end the Revolving period is close to zero (which is the minimum) at December 2019. However, the revolving period ends on 20 April 2020 which falls within the next reporting period.
